Central Carolina Community College's Industry Training Center at the Lee County Industrial Park is named in honor of Dr. Paul O. Howard and his wife, Dr. Barbara E. James, who established the 澳门黄金城赌城 Howard/James Scholarship in Career Technical Education programs. Offerings at the center include:
